一、教学内容和学情分析

(一)教学内容

本教学内容选自沪教版英语教材,借助多幅插图和简洁易懂的对话呈现故事,涵盖 emperor” “clothes” “clever” 等丰富词汇以及 “I have some...” “Only clever people can see them!” 等重点句型。

(二)学情分析

学生已具备一定英语基础,掌握了部分基本词汇和句型,具备初步的听说读写能力。然而,在语言运用的准确性和流利度方面仍需提升。同时,他们的合作学习与自主探究能力正逐步发展,需要教师通过多元教学活动引导其积极参与课堂,提升综合语言运用能力。

二、教学目标

通过本课的学习,学生能够:

1. 认读、理解并运用与故事相关的词汇,如emperor” “clothes” “magic” “clever” “visit”等。

2.熟练掌握并运用重点句型,如“I have some...” “Only clever people can see them!” “He isnt wearing any clothes!” “Which shirt do you like?”等进行交流表达。

3.理解故事文本中的语法现象,如一般现在时的运用。

4.提升听力理解能力,能听懂关于故事内容的简单提问、描述以及不同角色的对话。

5.培养口语表达能力,能够清晰、流畅地用英语对故事进行复述,模仿角色的语音语调进行对话表演。

6.增强阅读理解能力,能从图片和文字中迅速获取关键信息理解故事的情节发展和逻辑关系。7.提高写作能力,能够根据故事内容进行简单的书面表达,如编写故事片段、改写结局等。8.进一步激发学生对英语故事的学习兴趣,培养其持久的阅读习惯。9. 通过故事学习,引导学生树立正确的价值观,培养敢于说真话、不虚荣、不盲目跟从的品质。

三、教学重难点

(一)教学重点

扎实掌握故事中的重点词汇和句型,并能在实际情境中灵活运用。

(二)教学难点

深入理解故事蕴含的哲理,并用英语准确、清晰地表达自己对故事的独特理解和看法。

五、教学过程

(一)视频导入

TClass, today we are going to start our English journey with a very interesting video. Are you ready?

After watching the video, please tell me what you have seen.

SI saw an emperor. / I saw some men. / They talked about clothes.

TGreat!  Do you want to know more about this story?

SYes!

设计意图:以生动有趣的动画视频导入,迅速吸引学生的注意力,激发他们的好奇心和学习兴趣。

(二)新授词汇

TNow, let's take a closer look at some new words in the story.This is an emperor.  Repeat after me, emperor.

SEmperor.

TGood.

These are clothes. We all wear clothes every day. Clothes.

SClothes.

TLook at these special clothes. Magic means they have some special power. Magic.

SMagic.

TThis child is very clever.  Clever.

SClever.

TThe emperor in the story is a little foolish. Foolish is the opposite of clever. Foolish.

SFoolish.

TWhen we go to see someone at their home or office, we say we visitthem. Visit.

SVisit.

TLet's play a Word Relaygame. I'll start with a word, for example, emperor. Then the first student says a word starting with the last letter of emperor, like room. And the next student continues.

设计意图:运用图片和简单易懂的解释帮助学生理解新词汇的含义,通过领读确保学生发音准确。单词接龙游戏增加了学习的趣味性和互动性,让学生在轻松的氛围中巩固新学词汇。  

(三)故事学习

TNow that we know the new words, let's listen to the whole story. After listening, please tell me the main characters in the story.

SThe emperor, the two men, and the child.  

TVery good. Now, open your books and look at the pictures. Let's read the story together sentence - by - sentence.

(教师领读,学生跟读)

TLet's read the story again, this time try to imitate the pronunciation and intonation.

设计意图:先让学生整体听故事,了解大概内容和主要角色。然后结合图片和文本逐句领读讲解,深入剖析重点词汇和句型的用法,帮助学生理解故事细节。通过模仿朗读,培养学生正确的语音语调。

(四)巩固练习

TLet's do a Vocabulary Matchingexercise. Look at the handout. There are some English words on the left and Chinese meanings on the right. Match them correctly.

设计意图:词汇匹配练习帮助学生巩固新学词汇的含义,句子造句游戏则强化学生对重点句型的运用,提高他们的语言组织能力。

(五)总结与作业布置

TToday, we have learned a wonderful story The emperors new clothes. . Who can tell me the new words?

SEmperor, clothes, magic, clever, foolish, visit...

TWe also thought about the meaning of the story. We should be honest and brave to tell the truth.

TFor homework, please write a short passage about what you have learned from the story. And you can also draw pictures according to the story.  

设计意图:通过总结和作业帮助学生梳理本节课的重点知识,强化记忆。

六、教学反思

本次教学借视频导入等环节,较全面达成目标,学生积极性与参与度高,较好掌握故事及语言知识。词汇教学效果好但部分学生单词接龙反应慢,故事教学中部分学生语法理解难,小组讨论有参与不均问题,表演评价能力也待提升。
